What an incredible Sports Day we had today at CTL Academy! It was a blast, filled with fun, excitement, and an amazing display of energy! ️

The highlights of the day were truly unforgettable. We kicked things off with a fantastic general warm-up that got everyone pumped up and ready to go.  Then came the thrilling sack race, where competitors hopped and tumbled their way to the finish line, leaving us in splits of laughter.

But that was just the beginning! The push-up challenge tested everyone’s strength and determination. It was inspiring to witness the participants giving it their all and pushing themselves to new limits.  And let’s not forget about the intense plank challenge, where we saw some incredible displays of core strength and endurance.

The excitement continued with the epic musical chairs battle, where both students and teachers showcased their agility and quick thinking. It was a hilarious sight to see everyone scrambling for a seat when the music stopped!

The cone race brought out the competitive spirit in everyone, as participants sprinted towards victory, leaving a trail of cheers and encouragement in their wake. 

And who could forget about the refreshing swimming sessions? We had an absolute blast splashing and swimming our way to a great time, cooling off under the sun. 

Sports Day is a fantastic opportunity to come together as a community, cheer each other on, and celebrate the joy of physical activity. It showcases our team spirit and the importance of staying active and healthy.
